El meu nom és Giovanni, Gio per als amics. Fa més de 30 anys que soc al món esportiu, vaig començar amb 9 anys a practicar tot tipus d'arts marcials i vaig aconseguir proclamar-me campió d'Espanya de Judo una vegada, i dues vegades campió de Balears. Als 16 anys vaig començar a mostrar interès pel fitness i la musculació, vaig començar a entrenar Kick Boxing i Full Contact i vaig competir moltes vegades. Des de 2008 m'he centrat plenament en el condicionament físic, nutrició esportiva i cercar l'equilibri entre salut, benestar i forma física. Tot aquest llarg camí de més de 30 anys em permet entrenar combinant la disciplina, mètodes de respiració i condicionament físic de les arts marcials amb les més modernes tècniques del Fitness y condicionamient físic, sense oblidar-me d'assessorar en nutrició esportiva per a obtenir els màxims resultats. No obstant això, en el món de l'esport mai arribes acabar d'aprendre, per tant continuo estudiant, llegint i cercant diferents mètodes per a la màxima eficàcia tant en homes com en dones, m'encanta ajudar a gent a aconseguir els seus objectius i la meva implicació és màxima i personalitzada.
