My name is Giovanni, Gio for friends. I have been in the sports world for more than 30 years, starting at the age of 9 to practice all kinds of martial arts, managing to proclaim myself once the Spanish Judo champion and twice in the Balearic Islands. At 16 I began to show interest in fitness and bodybuilding, starting to train Kick Boxing and Full Contact and getting to compete several times. Since 2008 I have focused fully on physical conditioning, sports nutrition and seeking the balance between health, well-being and fitness. All this long path of more than 30 years allows me to train combining the discipline, breathing methods and physical conditioning of martial arts with the most modern techniques of Fitness and physical conditioning, without forgetting to advise on sports nutrition to obtain maximum results. However, in the world of sports you never finish learning, I keep studying, reading and looking for different methods for maximum efficiency in both men and women, I love helping people achieve their goals and my involvement is maximum and personalized.
