Mein Name ist Giovanni, Gio für Freunde. Ich bin seit mehr als 30 Jahren in der Sportwelt tätig, angefangen im Alter von 9 Jahren, um alle Arten von Kampfkunst zu üben, und habe es geschafft, mich einmal als spanischen Judo-Meister und zweimal auf den Balearen zu proklamieren. Mit 16 Jahren begann ich Interesse an Fitness und Bodybuilding zu zeigen, fing an, Kickboxen und Full Contact zu trainieren und mehrmals an Wettkämpfen teilzunehmen. Seit 2008 konzentriere ich mich voll und ganz auf körperliche Kondition, Sporternährung und das Gleichgewicht zwischen Gesundheit, Wohlbefinden und Fitness. All dieser lange Weg von mehr als 30 Jahren ermöglicht es mir, die Kombination von Disziplin, Atemmethoden und körperlicher Konditionierung der Kampfkünste mit den modernsten Techniken der Fitness und körperlichen Konditionierung zu trainieren, ohne zu vergessen, über Sporternährung zu beraten, um maximale Ergebnisse zu erzielen. In der Welt des Sports lernst du jedoch nie zu Ende. Ich lerne, lese und suche nach verschiedenen Methoden für maximale Effizienz bei Männern und Frauen. Ich liebe es, Menschen zu helfen, ihre Ziele zu erreichen, und mein Engagement ist maximal und persönlich.
